Job Overview:
As the Client Communications & Project Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their design journey. You will ensure projects stay on schedule and that clients are informed, happy, and excited at every stage, from initial inquiry to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate all meetings, presentations, and installations between clients, designers, and the on-site team.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones using project management software (e.g., Asana, Ivy).
- Prepare and send client invoices and payment reminders, tracking all project finances.
- Draft and send regular client status reports.
- Gather client feedback and ensure high satisfaction throughout the process.
- Manage the client onboarding and project closure processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as project coordination, account management, or customer success.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional tone.
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and clients.
- Proficiency in project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Zoom).
- A natural problem-solver with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
- Experience in the interior design or creative services industry is preferred.
