At Sica Interiors, we believe a flawless installation starts with flawless procurement. This role is critical to ensuring our designs are executed perfectly by managing the complex journey of products from vendor to client.

Job Overview:
The Procurement & Logistics Manager is the master organizer behind the scenes. You will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, tracking, and managing the delivery of all FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) for our design projects, ensuring everything arrives on time, on budget, and in perfect condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and track all purchase orders with vendors, wholesalers, and tradespeople.
  • Meticulously manage order spreadsheets and budgets, providing regular updates to designers and project managers.
  • Proactively track orders and communicate with vendors to resolve any delays, backorders, or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate all logistics, including freight shipping, white-glove delivery schedules, and warehouse storage.
  • Manage the process for returns, damages, and claims.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the warehouse and delivery teams.
  • Reconcile all procurement against the project budget.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role, ideally within the interior design, architecture, or high-end retail industry.
  • Extreme attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
  • Expert-level proficiency in spreadsheet software (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under deadline.
  • Knowledge of lead times and processes for major furniture and décor brands is a huge plus.
