Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide crucial administrative support to our design and management teams. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our business runs smoothly, allowing our designers to focus on creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email inboxes, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Conduct online research for products, vendors, or client proposals.
- Manage data entry and maintain digital filing systems in Google Drive/Dropbox.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as tracking expenses and preparing invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Discretion and confidentiality regarding client and company information.
